Phil has been practising Manual Therapy since 2001 and has been an exercise and corrective exercise instructor since the mid 1990's. In addition to holding a clinic at The Swanbourne Clinic he runs a thriving practice in Buckingham. He teaches Pilates in the local area, lectures on all aspects of Manual Therapy and has published a number of articles on exercise and therapy.

He trained at the prestigious London School of Massage and has also extensively studied other massage therapies.
